I am pleased to offer from my private collection the amazing Antique French Memento Mori Verge Fusee pocket watch c1730’s. 

The watch has a highly ornamented  gilt Vermeil Silver hand chased and hand engraved drum shaped case decorated with Garnet precious stones.
 The front case depicting two Grim Reaper skeletons and the Latin motto Memento Mori with red enamel. The rear case depicting a big skull and snake.
The watch has an amazing fine fancy enamel Memento Mori dial depicting a skull and Ouroboros eternal snake. Original gold hands. All the parts original.

 The watch has an amazing fire gild verge fusee movement-all hand made and hand finished by the master-fantastic hand pierced and engraved balance cock. Amazing square pillars,silver regulator disc.
PERFECT WORKING ORDER!!! (do not expect a quartz accuracy from 300 years old watch) It comes with the matching key and gilt chain fob.
